The Bad Gate-C ending will occur if you have a bad ending during that round. However, on December 25, 2020, Gate C was re-added on a update, relocating the MTF spawn permanently, along with bug fixes to the escapes on both Gate A and Gate B. In the Gate-C good ending, a helicopter will come to pick you up at the Gate-C spawn. Gate C was removed with the re-release of SCP: Anomaly Breach, after the original game got taken down. The good ending is possible by having the good endings of Gate-A and Gate-B that round. The last endings that you can get are the good and bad Gate-C ending. The gate-b bad ending will be given if you do not stun it in time resulting in the warheads going off and the game restarts. The game will reset unless you have the good Gate-A ending as well that game. You will need to damage 682 until it is incapable of doing anything else before the alpha or omega warheads go off, it is recommended to turn the alpha warheads off for the good ending. Gate-B endings can be reachable depending on whether you stun 682 in time or the warheads go off, a Gate-B ending will activate once all Class-D's are terminated or when the good Gate-A ending finishes. You can achieve the Gate-A good ending by terminating all Class-D's and Chaos Insurgents. Good Gate-C ending will result in a helicopter coming to pick you up and take you away while the site is put on quarantine. Bad Gate-C ending restarts the game due to no helicopter coming to save you. Good and bad Gate-C ending will depend on what endings you previously had. The bad Gate-B ending will occur if you don't stun 682 in time or the warheads go off. SPOILER ALERT: In the first Gate A ending if the player doesnt re-contain SCP-106, while the player is escaping from the Maintenance. The good Gate-B ending will occur if you stun 682 with the warheads off. SCP-106 will slowly rise up from the ground and start walking across the bridge to be stunned into its pocket dimension by the H.I.D. The bad Gate-A ending will occur when you have not terminated every CD in the facility or re-contained any of the SCP's. ' Nothing else really happens with this ending and Gate-B ending will play after.

The good ending for Gate-A will have a Class-D, (D-9341 from SCP containment breach.) that escaped from the main door by the elevator with his hands up, there will be an audio clip that plays telling the Class-D ' Stop right there. There is a bad and good ending for each gate and requires tasks to get them. There are two Gate-A endings, two Gate-B endings, and two Gate-C endings. Gate A is a single room, containing a large blast door labeled 'Gate A', as well as an elevator leading to the surface. It is where two of the game's four endings take place. Gate A is the primary exit of the facility that can be entered through its underground entrance tunnel.
